During our stay at a hotel in Chillicothe, we were pleasantly surprised by the thoughtful gestures of the front desk attendants. They noticed we had children with us and immediately offered a travel crib and informed us about the pool and fitness center hours. In the evening, when we went to swim, they even provided us with a complimentary travel kit for our infant and asked if we needed any milk for our toddler. Not only did they go out of their way to get us milk and cereal, but they also made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with a luxurious oversized shower that we really enjoyed. The included breakfast was also a highlight, with a clean and well-stocked area offering plenty of variety. the staff exceeded our expectations and made our stay enjoyable.

Although we had a pleasant experience, we did notice a few minor drawbacks. The carpet in the rooms didn't extend all the way to the doorstops or walls, which gave the impression of poor construction.
